使用 Visoto（"本应用"）即表示你同意以下条款。如不同意，请勿使用本应用。By using Visoto ("the App") you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. 许可1. License

我们授予你一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，供你在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上、为个人非商业目的安装并使用本应用，并须遵守 Apple《App Store 服务条款》中的《标准最终用户许可协议》(EULA)。We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) within the App Store Terms of Service.

2. 可接受的使用2. Acceptable use

本应用是一款通用的媒体下载工具。你同意：The App is a general-purpose media download utility. You agree to:

仅下载你拥有版权、已获授权，或依法属于合理使用/公共领域的内容；Only download content you own, are authorised to save, or that is lawfully fair use / public domain;
遵守你所访问网站的服务条款、robots 规则及任何使用限制；Respect the terms of service, robots rules and usage restrictions of any site you access;
遵守你所在司法辖区的全部适用法律，包括版权与数据保护法；Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright and data-protection laws;
不将本应用用于规避数字版权管理（DRM）、或侵犯他人知识产权及隐私。Not use the App to circumvent digital rights management (DRM) or to infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.

3. 内容与责任3. Content & responsibility

本应用不托管、不提供、不推荐任何内容；你访问的所有内容均来自你自行选择的第三方网站。你对使用本应用的方式及由此下载的内容承担全部责任。对于因不当使用导致的任何后果，开发者不承担责任。The App hosts, provides and recommends no content; everything you access comes from third-party sites you choose. You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for the content you download with it. The developer is not liable for consequences arising from misuse.

4. 购买4. Purchases

本应用提供可选的 Visoto Pro 付费项目（一次性买断或按月订阅），通过 Apple App 内购买提供。付款、续订与退款由 Apple 按其条款处理。买断项目为非消耗型，可在你的设备间恢复。The App offers optional paid Visoto Pro (a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription) via Apple In-App Purchase. Payment, renewal and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. The lifetime item is non-consumable and restorable across your devices.

5. 免责声明5. Disclaimer

本应用按"现状"和"现有"基础提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证本应用能成功解析或下载任何特定网站的内容——网站结构、防护措施或 DRM 可能导致部分内容无法获取。The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will successfully parse or download content from any particular site — site structure, protections or DRM may make some content unavailable.

6. 责任限制6. Limitation of liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者对任何间接、偶发、特殊或后果性损害概不负责。To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

7. 终止7. Termination

若你违反本条款，本许可将自动终止。你可随时卸载本应用以终止本协议。This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App.

8. 变更8. Changes

我们可能不时更新本条款，并会修改本页的"最后更新"日期。继续使用本应用即表示接受更新后的条款。We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
